Echoes, Day 20

I am at a complete standstill.

I am writing parts of this book that I have not written before, so this is uncharted territory. I know where I’m going once I get through this fog-infested land, but—right now—I’m lost in the mists.

I have two options at this point. One, I can step back, create a map for the unknown, or two, I can skip this part for now and revise the parts I already have written. Two would be easier, but it might be like putting the third floor on the building while the second floor is still not done.

It also doesn’t help that I’m hitting that point where I feel like I don’t know what I’m doing. I’m going to take some time today to re-evaluate, get a ten-thousand-foot view of what I’m doing.
