While I managed to get two chapters further edited, my actual word count for the day so far is not great. I’ve managed another 700 words, making it just over 7,000 so far. But if I do intend to finish this by the end of January, I need to double my word count production. I’m still in an area where I have to build completely with no prior words in my draft, which explains the slow going. And once I get to familiar territory, I’m hoping I’ll be able to catch up.
